All proceeds from St. Luke’s holiday card sales benefit the Children’s Hospital, and children like Ayla. Identical twins Ayla and Zoey were born at St. Luke’s Meridian, at just 25 weeks and less than two pounds each. Sadly, Zoey passed away after 24 days in the NICU. Ayla has undergone 11 surgeries and countless procedures. Today she is a feisty, happy, thriving two year-old who has overcome many obstacles and continues with therapy and follow-up with various specialists.
